Extensive coverage
Most experienced General Insurance company. We had three claims and all claims were fully settled. There is additional facility of Hospital Cash benefit. Premium is also reasonable. I am just paying 15303 with GST for Cover of RS. 37Lacs.

Good Policy but read fine print
Make sure your policy comes under Zone one you get 100% of your claim except for the admission charges and gloves charges.

I've had this health insurance for the last 7 years and have never had any issues with their claims, but this time I was quite upset with their assessment and denial of my claim, which was thankfully resolved later after a lot of fuss.

Process delay
My office provided me with this insurance. Claim settlement for lower sums is often a time-consuming and delayed process with National Insurance. Despite the fact that we sent authentic bills from well-known hospitals, they continue to request unnecessary papers. New India assurance is not something I advocate.
